By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

MeshZeus provides an AI-powered platform for generating 3D assets (including, but not limited to, meshes and textures) designed for use within Second Life and other virtual or game environments. Our service is available via https://meshzeus.com.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use MeshZeus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, or infringes upon others' rights.

3. Ownership of Generated Content

All rights to the 3D models you generate using MeshZeus belong entirely to you.

You have full rights to:

• Use the 3D model in your personal or commercial projects

• Use it inside or outside of Second Life

• Sell, distribute, or modify your 3D model

• Use your prompt, the generated 3D model, and any rendered images for any purpose

• Attribute or not attribute MeshZeus as you see fit

We retain no rights over your generated content.

4. AI-Generated Content and Results May Vary

MeshZEUS uses AI systems to generate, transform, or assist with creating content and digital assets based on user inputs (including text prompts and other instructions). Because AI generation is probabilistic, results can vary from one attempt to another, even with similar inputs.

The user understands and accepts that:

• Outputs may not match the input exactly. The AI may interpret the request differently than intended, omit details, add unintended elements, or produce results with inaccuracies.

• Quality and consistency are not guaranteed. Outputs may contain artifacts, distortions, or incomplete details. This is especially common with fine details, readable text, logos, and precise human anatomy.

• Previews, intermediate results, and final results may differ. When MeshZEUS provides any kind of preview or draft output, the final output may still change in appearance, structure, proportions, topology, or other characteristics.

• AI limitations are expected behavior, not a defect. Differences between the request, preview, and final output are a normal part of AI generation and should be expected.

The user is responsible for reviewing outputs before using, sharing, selling, publishing, or deploying them, and for deciding whether an output is suitable for the intended purpose. MeshZEUS does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will meet specific requirements, match a particular style, or be fit for any particular use case.

5. Sensitive content and user responsibility

Some tools of MeshZEUS allow you to generate non-censored content (e.g. NSFW meshes).

Any usage of such content is a responsibility of the user creating it, including responsibility for using, sharing, selling, displaying, or deploying it (to Second Life and outside of Second Life), and for any resulting consequences.

6. Refunds, Re-generations, and Credit Returns

MeshZEUS provides generation services on a best-effort basis and charges for completed generations and related compute. Because AI-generated results can vary, refunds are not provided simply because a generated asset differs from expectations, does not match a prompt exactly, or is not suitable for a specific purpose. This includes cases where the output has imperfections, missing details, distorted text, or other quality limitations typical for AI generation.

If a paid generation fails to complete and no usable result is delivered, MeshZEUS will provide an option to try again (regenerate) without additional charge for the same failed attempt. A failure can happen for technical reasons, service availability issues, or because content safety filters block completion.

If the regeneration attempt also fails and still no usable result is delivered, MeshZEUS will provide a way to refund the credits spent on that generation back to the user balance. Credit refunds apply only to the credits used for the failed generation and do not convert into cash, L$, or other external payment methods.

7. Second Life Upload Compliance and User Responsibility

MeshZEUS may provide a built-in feature that helps upload or deliver meshes and other assets into Second Life. When using this feature, the user is solely responsible for making sure that any uploaded content and its intended use comply with the Second Life Terms of Service, Community Standards, and any other applicable Linden Lab policies.

This responsibility includes, without limitation: confirming the user has all required rights to upload, use, and distribute the content; ensuring the content is not prohibited or restricted under Second Life rules; and handling any consequences related to account actions, takedowns, abuse reports, or disputes. MeshZEUS provides an upload convenience tool only and does not review, approve, or guarantee compliance of user content with Second Life rules.

8. Account and Content Deletion

You may request to delete your account at any time. Upon your request:

• All personally identifiable data will be permanently removed

• All user-generated content associated with your account will also be deleted

This process is irreversible and ensures complete removal of your content from our systems.

9. Cookies and Data Usage

MeshZeus uses cookies solely for functionality, including:

• Maintaining your login session

• Preserving user preferences

By using the site, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with this purpose. No tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies are used.

10. Limitation of Liability

MeshZeus is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeshZeus and its team shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the service

• Loss of data or content

• Any third-party interactions resulting from the use of the generated models

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via the website or by email. Continued use of MeshZeus after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
