# Bonus Codes

Bonus codes are typically issued to resolve issues such as failed generations, system errors, or other support-related cases.

## Using a Bonus Code

1. Click the **New Mesh** button to open the menu.
2. Select **Enter Code**.
3. Enter the bonus code provided by MeshZEUS support.
4. The code will be applied automatically.

## Important Notes

* Bonus codes are issued by MeshZEUS support only.
* Codes are single-use unless stated otherwise.
* Bonus codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another avatar.
* Re-generating previews still costs L$20, even with a bonus code.

Bonus codes are provided to make sure you receive the mesh you paid for and to help resolve issues quickly and fairly.
