# Free Re-Tries

## Free Re-Try for Preview Generations

To help new users explore different concepts and styles, MeshZEUS provides a limited number of free re-tries for eligible preview generations.

If a preview is generated successfully but does not match your expectations, you may be able to generate a new variation without spending additional credits.

> **Important**
>
> Free Re-Try applies only to eligible preview image generations.
>
> Free Re-Try does **not** apply to 3D model generations.
>
> Failed generations are handled separately by MeshZEUS. If a generation fails due to a technical issue, the system automatically retries the generation up to 2 times. If all attempts fail, the credits are refunded automatically.

### How Free Re-Try Works

AI-generated previews can vary even when using the same prompt. Free Re-Try allows eligible new users to generate additional preview variations without consuming extra credits.

Each re-try uses the same prompt and generation settings while producing a new AI-generated variation.

### Free Re-Try Limits

The following limits apply:

* Up to **2 free re-tries per preview**
* Available for **4 hours** after the original preview generation
* Up to **6 free re-tries per account**

Once these limits are reached, additional generations will consume credits normally.

### What Is Eligible?

Free Re-Try is available for eligible preview image generations.

The feature is intended for situations where:

* The preview was generated successfully.
* You would like to see a different variation of the same idea.
* The generation remains within the Free Re-Try limits.

### What Is Not Eligible?

Free Re-Try does not apply to:

* 3D model generations
* Failed generations
* Generations outside the eligibility limits listed above
